What we hold

LeadHub is a lead-management platform. Brands using LeadHub store the contact details of the people who enquire with them — typically a name, email address, phone number, company and a message — together with a record of when and how those details were collected (the consent basis) and every follow-up made.

Who is responsible

For leads captured through a brand's forms or imports, that brand is the data controller and LeadHub is a processor acting on its instructions. For your LeadHub account details (name, email, sign-in records), LeadHub is the controller.

How we use data

Lead data is used only to run the pipeline you see: assignment, reminders, follow-up messages and reporting. We do not sell personal data. Leads are only shared between brands through the open pool when the recorded consent basis permits it.

Storage and security

Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure with access limited to the brand it belongs to and to platform staff who need it for support. Suppression requests are honoured across every sequence and channel.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time. If your details reached a brand via LeadHub, contact that brand first, or write to us and we will route the request.
